92 honda civic allignment?

The tire shop didn't tie my front driver side tire, I was drivin down the street about 15 20 mph when the whole rim and tire flew out, my car landed on the rotor and I broke an axle and a ball joint I replaced them and do you think I missed anything what else you think it might need becaus eto me it looks like one tire sticks out more than the other, u think I might need a front end allignment or what? Can the problem be the car runs great and it doesent go to the side or anything
