92 honda accord wont start?

my 92 honda accord lx wont start i have changed the fuel pump, distributor and still will not start. i got a main relay from the junk yard still wont start, im about to buy a new one just in case. car cranks have tried to jump start but no luck. before i changed fuel pump and distributor i sprayed some starter fluid and it started for like 2,3 seconds and wouldnt start at all after that..my dad says it might be an electrical problem like the computer or something....any help will be much appreciated
