92-95 Honda Civic ELD issues help?

In a 92-95 Honda civic model, does anyone know where a ELD (electric load detector) is located? Is it a relay, the whole fuse box, a wire or what? I am having a difficult time locating it. I search online and i get mix answer; some say its the whole fuse box (front), some showed a unclear pic of relay, but not cleared enough..Let me know asap if you fix it before or know where or what exactly it is..thank you!
