91 Honda Civic SI Won't Start?

91 Honda Civic SI , Sold in Canada. When key is turned my car attempts to start but will not turn over. sometimes after 20 or so trys it will finally start. This just suddenly started to happen. Also I can usually turn the key part of the way and operate the sun roof etc..but when the key is turned partially the sun roof no longer operates. Any ideas of what is going on?

it could bet that u need a new battery or alternator or maybe a starter

it could be a bad battery or your started is going bad, sound liek it with your it working every 20 or so tires. but i am not there and it is hard to give good advice with out any evidence. good luck.
