91 Honda Civic hatch 1.5 dx problems?

so one night my car was parked on a hill facing upward. the next morning i go to start it would not start. i checked my main relay its good changed my filter still no fire so i checked my pump cant tell if its working or not i changed it from one from a junkyard it was newer than mine the one i pulled it off of was a replacement now i might just have air in my lines but what else can it be by the way checked all my fuses too please help i miss my baby?!
 
I would guess being parked up hill may have caused the pump suction to be unable to reach the fuel. If your tank is a little low and the hill is fairly steep.
