...locking position? The driver's power seat belt will not go backwards to the locking position. The "Buckle Up" light continues to blink with a very annoying beeping sound. There may be something stuck in the track, but I don’t see how since it goes forward. I pull it back manually, but that makes my shoulder hurt and I hate to do this every single time I get in my car.

How can I fix this? I just need to get the seat belt back to the locking position so I can (1) stop the beeping, (2) not get a ticket for not buckling up, and (3) not fly through the windshield in case of an accident.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
 
Check with a local dealer. My understanding is that all Honda seatbelts have a LIFETIME warranty. So you should be able to get it fixed for free.
