91 ford probe wiper motor install?

I installed a used wiper motor on my 91 ford probe thinking it wouldn't be to hard after i got it all hooked up and mounted and turn the wipers on then off the off position leaves the wipers in the up position.I also tried to adjust the linkage to the wipers but still nothing.Any ideals on how to fix this because I really cannot see myself driving around with my wipers up
 
Search for 91 Probe wiper park procedure I found a few articles on it!

If that doesn't work, you may have gotten a bad used motor!
