Ok so today i was driving and i hit a u turn that was kinda tight but not really.... but on acceleration at the end of the turn i heard *thud thud thud thud* and the car began to shake violently so i pulled over and turned it off quickly. I let it sit for a little bit and turned it back on and no noise or shaking happened, so i pulled off going very slowly to a street where i could leave my car till the shop opens monday. The " thud thud thud" noise came back as i was parking, the thuds shake my car very violently that make a noise that u can hear from like a block away and happens only in drive (that ive noticed i didnt want it to keep testing n have it happening after i figured it was a mount). I came to this conclusion as my hood was open i would literally see the top of the engine tilt forward a little bit in drive versus nuetral or park.
Is this a torque engine mount or multiple mounts gone bad potentially or what?
It doesnt have to be moving while in drive to make the noise... if i hold the break and put it in drive it even starts to shake.
