91 acura integra startup engine idles at 3000 does not go down?

recently did the head broke off the pcv valve on bottom of intake (large vaccume leak) have not replaced does that go to the idle controle valve sometimes fluctuates never normal idle 3ooo 2.500 1000 never holds
 
i think it is something with your accelerator you defiantly wanna get that checked out as soon as you can. your wasting a lot of gas and you are really gonna be hurting your transmission with your car idling that high
 
Vacuum leak... You need to replace the part or the head as needed. Try a honda car forum for details.
