90 toyota truck runs horrible when it is raining or humid outside?

I am pretty good when it comes to mechanical stuff but this has got me stomped, whenever it rains or is humid outside like fog or etc. my truck has a hard time starting and when its started it runs like crap chugging and etc. for about five minutes then it clears up somewhat. On a clear dry day it runs like its brandnew..HELP!!
 
you getting moisture in your distributor cap. change the cap and rotor.it might have a seal that has wore away or came off with the last cap change
