Motor Boggs down at full throttle and will not go above 2500 rpm in forward. Motor also vibrates very badly. will Idol, but with vibration.
sometime takes a long time to start. motor cuts off when taking out of gear to put it in reverse, but will restart immediately and run.
Motor will hit full rpm when in neutral with throttle up and when in reverse.( just not in forward )
