Always told my son he could ask me anything and I would tell him the truth..which I have done on certain topics....I would like to be the first one, between the 2 of us, to explain "how a baby is made"...not sure how far to go with that. What exact phrases and words should I use to explaine that? In his own mind, he thinks that if I kiss daddy, I could have another baby. (baby sister or brother for him) He knows that boys have a penis and girls have a vagina..he knows those words and understands the diffeance......if I say, "when sperm finds an egg in the women, it could produce a baby?... and continue with that? What do I say if he ask's me "How does the sperm find the egg?"
Thats where Im stuck.

I have no problem saying the words to him, and I am comfortable in explaining it to him. But, is it appropriate? at that age to say, the man puts his penis in the womans vagina?
So confused.
