89 Honda Civic only firing on three cylinders...?

The spark plugs have been replaced recently and it's only getting worse. I checked them all and found out which cylinder isn't firing. That plug is black and the other three are kinda charred looking. All the wires check out just fine. I'm guessing I would have to replace the distributor correct?

You need to see if your getting spark to that plug. If you are than you may have a fuel or compression problem on that cylinder.

Remove the faulty plug from the engine, and attach the high tension lead to it. Then holding the lead with a pair of pliers. Hold it about a quarter of an inch from the engine block and switch on the ignotion and turn the engine over. If the plug doesn't spark at the end, then remove the plug and hold the high tension lead the same way and see if there is a spark from the end of the lead. If not, then you should look at the distributor cap for any cracks or burnt out segments. It is a matter of eliminating the components one by one. When you test the plug, keep it away from the plug hole because you will get petrol vapour escaping as the engine is turned over.

spark plug can fail any time
