89 dodge ramcharger 318...I changed the Valve Cover Gasket, can the Manifold

gasket need replace? I got some oil under #3 Sparkplug, and Oil leaking from the Exhaust Manifold. Just replaced wires, plugs, cap and rotor... Oil drips on Driveway driverside. Does oil in sparkplugs mean rings need replaced?
