8800 or Curve

I would like some opinions from fellow stackers. Tomorrow I will be getting a new phone and I am stuck between the 8800 or the Curve. I really like the idea of GPS because I'm on the road a lot. But the Curve is so much cheaper and I can just use google maps on it. Can anyone tell me how they like their 8800 or Curve. Oh and I can't wait to get rid of this suretype crap.

Thanks

Rogers won't let me try out each device damn bastards.
Does anyone know how much data telenav uses roughly.I'm leaning more and more to the 8800

while i've never OWNED an 8800 i've spent much time with one as well as owning a curve, if someone said ''you can have an 8800 or a curve" i'd be responding "gimme the curve"...why is data a concern anyways i THOUGHT rogers just charges you $10 extra a mnth to use telenav without dipping into the data package, as long as your subscribed to a data plan that is. (pls correct me if i'm wrong)

I am in this same situation right now but I will be getting the 8800 as I cannot afford to buy an unlocked Curve (and I really don't like it anyway LOL), and T-Mo doesn't even have the Curve yet. I am on my fifth and final SureType device until a better one comes out.

Telenav is just a service that allows for the gps to talk to you. It still uses your data when using the gps

I had to make the same decision a few weeks ago. Then I found out that you have to pay extra for the GPS service and it became a no-brainer: Curve. I already have a portable GPS, the Curve has a slimmer form factor, and it's very similar to the Treo-650 I have been using for the past 2 years.

Curve. Love it. (Except using multiple mSD cards. The Marquis de Sade is alive and living at Rogers! Why not an external card access slot like a Treo? Stuffing it UNDER the battery? ROFLMAO!!!)
