one day i drove my truck home and then went to go start it 10 minutes later and nothing it was a bunch of grinding in the starter. so i look at it 2 weeks later and what do u know the start is lose so i tightend it back up. charged the battery and still nothing worked no more grinding in the starter so i hooked jumper cables up to the truck and it started like that.but i went to take the jumper cables off and not evan a second later the truck dyes and then is wont start agian by its self idk what it could be it might be the altonater or bad battery cause when i charged the battery i put on concret and i forgot not to opps. the battery is low on acid but i dont hink that matters.please help asap

If your battery fluid is low you definitely need to either refill it or replace it. If you take it to any O'Rielly, Napa, Auto Zone ect. they should be able to test the battery and let you know. Either way, a battery is cheaper than an alternator so I would start there. Good luck!
