87 ford bronco 4x4.i pulled my aod transmission. is the c4 c5 c6 compatible to put in?

Assuming you have a full size Bronco with the 302, they will fit, but only use the C6. You'll blow the lighter trannies. I would find another AOD because the gas consumption will be horrible without the overdrive.
 
yeah, but not sure how the 4x4 fits into it all, you can replace aod,aode with those and id suggest c4 unless you abuse it, then c6. c6 will cost some hp, but its way stouter, although the c4 is strong and buildable. stay away from the fmx you wont be happy.
