85 honda humming plz help?

hi i have a 85 honda accord there a loud humming noise coming from the front i just had the clutch replaced an the control arms an ball joints an the tires rotated an it just started this its loud when im on the gas an stops when im off an when i turn it stops its a 5 speed an it doesn't do it when i have the clutch in is it my diff plz help an it does need tie-rods on the passenger side
