84 Honda 125m trike. Clutch seems to be slipping...?

change the clutch and when you due change the oil and filter at the same time and you will be good to go. You are changing the oil and filter bc some debris from the clutch plates could be n the oil. but Oil alone is not going to cause the clutch to slip so disregard the other answr that the girl gave bc its wrong.
 
The engine revs high and trike is slow to engage (smooth though). Seems to get worse as engine becomes warmer. I've looked at user's manual but that only shows how to adjust clutch. I've seen a set of 3 discs for sale for clutch, wondering if that's all I need to completely repair slipping clutch or if there is something else necessary...also looking for a little guidance on replacing, if anyone has any! Thanks!
