8100 and 8320 dont like to connect

I started with a pearl the moved to a curve. Ive actually owned two pearls. Ive been a BB user since Feb. I dont know if this is a network issue or a BB issue but when i place a call the calling screen comes on then moves back to the dial screen (the one you see when you hit the green ket first). Usually i have to hit the call button a few times to make the call go through. Its a real P.I.T.A. Both the 8320 and the 8100 have done this. Before i switched to BB i had a SK 3 and a SK slide they never did that. Is this a problem with BB phones? Or is it a network problem? Anybody else experiance this? anyway to fix it? thanks.
 
I used to work for ATT and nevr had probs like this w/BB so I would guess it is a TM issue. BB were and still are(I carry 2) the most dependable devices on the earth. Hope this helps . . . .
 
i've had about 4 different bb models and never seen that. if it is doing that with all the bb's you've had there is a chance that you may be pressing something by accident. the odds are highly unlikely for that to happen on both devices.
