80s Honda Bikes... Nighthawk or Magna?

I'm in the market for a Honda metric.

Looking around for a 3rd gen Honda Magna, I came across the Nighthawk series of inline 4s. These seem to be pretty good bikes with a very good following. This made me look at the 80s Magnas. Now, I've pretty much reduced my choice to a Early-Mid eighties Honda.

Currently I'm looking at a 1983 Nighthawk CB750 and a 1983 Magna V45. So, for those with experience on either or both bikes. Which would be the better choice and why?
 
i have owned a Nighthawk and a Magna- i prefer the Nighthawk- i like the seating position and the redline
