I was thinking a black leather jacket w a different colored tee shirt on the inside, w/ straight leg/ skinny blue jeans, and black converses.. and with Spiked or Slicked back hair... Any other ideas.. Nothing expensive... And just common stores like at local malls... thanks.. 70s is also an option..
