80s b-movie horror buffs, in here please!

i vaguely remember a trailer for a movie from the 80s that was on all the best videos of the time (The Stuff, Street Trash, Basket Case etc) that featured a load of rabid pyschotic OAPs. Thats all i can recall! Anyone remember this? Or am i going mental?
