800ss a good first bike? I hope so, because I just bought one!

I bought an 800ss today! Doing my part to revive the economy.

Thanks for all of your help. Is there a place that I could view the instructions on an oil change? I clearly see the filter, but do not know where to add oil or if I need to remove some of the body work.

Any ideas where I could get a reasonable exhaust? I love the termi, but I cant imagine spending $2k on exhaust for a $5k bike. The exhaust is very quiet though.
