8 weeks pregnant, water infection, sharp pains.. need advice?

I woke up this morning and ive all a sudden got a water infection. i know i need to drink alot to flush it through.
But ive also got shooting pains it feels like its in my vagin sorry TMI.. is this normal? i keep getting so worried about everything.
cause ive not had a scan yet nor seen my midwfie.. ive see her in 2 weeks.
