Kate wasn't the main host, she was the CO-host. All along in the publicity it has been Gethin Jones and Kate Thornton. And the people who didn't know who they were - where have you been for the past few years?

Kate has presented Pop Idol and X-Factor (for a while) and Gethin has presented Blue Peter, been a contestant in Strictly Come Dancing, is the new presenter of Police, Camera, Action and presented the Swansea segment of Proms in the Park for two years!

The show was made last March and is a format from some other countries which has proved to be very popular.

Man that Gavin is competitive! To the point were he may be taking it a little bit too seriously. It's almost like he would step on someone just so he can get a bed for the night! Ouch!

Therefore I'd say he's more competitive than an actor.
I'd wager Andrew Castle was similar when he was playing tennis.

I cant stand Gavin. He is egotistical and too competitive.

I was praying they would vote him off, but no such luck.

I had to laugh when Gavin wore a vest and refused anything other than a calf massage last night - "No fruity stuff" for him.
