7 year old daughter, ADHD, not responding to anything...what to do for discipline?

Honestly it sounds bad, but my 6 1/2 year old daughter is a dare devil, she isn't scared of anything, she doesn't mind at all. I've tried every form of discipline, corner, time out, light spanking, taking toys away, early bedtime, you name it, In addition, she just doesn't listen at all, she's becoming violent (ONLY AT SCHOOL), ADHD, everything, I've seeked professional help, I really think she needs a good scare.....I've had her watch jail shows and cops and stuff, that seems to have the most effective....is there anything out there for a child her age?? She's almost 7 now.

ok I need to add to this b/c I'm sick of people's answers.....most of them anyways, Stop telling me it's my fault and making me look like it is abnormal to have a out of control 6 year old, it is VERY common, research it if you seriusly think it isn't an issue. Obviously I have already evaluated myself and what I've done wrong, I've tried to change things, and I've tried new things, I've done everything I can as a mother which is why I'm here getting answers from other moms, I don't need you telling me I don't know how to parent my kid, if you don't want to leave a helpful answer, please dont reply, it's just downright rude. And about the daycare thing, thanks for the advice, but she is in daycare. Its a great one and she loves it.
She is currently seeing a counselor, and is on Concerta. First step is to switch to a different kind of ADHD med...but does that really help with the outright defiance and voilence? I do appreciate all answers that are helpful. Thank you :)
Whoopin her butt, putting it nicely, doesnt help either. Lol. Not to mention how touchy people are nowadays about that subject...shes not a shy girl. She would LOUDLY go and let EVERYONE know....which puts things in the danger zone. Having her taken wont help me solve the problem. Ugh.
I do believe wholeheartedly in the positive reinforcement, and I do my best to be consistent with that. And she loves art, which I push for and encourage all the time :) I know this is something for sure that takes time, and I know what I am doing is going the right direction...today she stabbed a child in the chest at school with a pencil...I'm just trying to think of something to 'punish' the now while I'm focusing on the long term also. :( so hard!!
Lol. Without the meds she is totally unruly...she does not have sugar and certain dyes already...she also takes a multivitamin and omega 3 gummies...
We've done the charts; currently in the process of developing a new one...possibly to target the specific behavior issues this time vs an all around 'good day'.
Lol. My goodness; you made me realize a typo. I've been wondering if I 'should' have her watch stuff like that.. I've been watching the Scared Straight and I was wondering if a tactic like that would work. Lol. Cops would be awful for a kid her age. I was trying to figure out what TV shows you were talking about...I typed ahead of myself with bad proofreading. But thank you very much. :) I'm trying.
