7 weeks and blood after sex?

ok this is my first pregnancy and me and my husbands have tried for years my problem was that yesterday after me and my husband had sex i noticed he had blood on him and it was bright red i had about 4 wipes full with no clots and then it spotted til it stopped. i was scared and went to the acute care clinic which sent me to the er they did test and said my hcg was high and had a ob nurse come for an internal ultrasound. i was able to see the sac and a flicker i was told was the heart beat she told us to come in the walk in on monday. the blood was only from sex is this normal? should i still go on monday? i am 7 weeks 3 days today and thank you for any answers.
 
i would still go on monday, but it isnt unusual to spot in pregnancy. my last 2 pregnancies i spotted after sex and i have a 12 mos old and am 36 weeks pregnant so i wouldnt worry about it. they said once it was from my cervix and the other pregnancy they didnt know but did tell not to have sex again until the second trimester. now if you get cramping or more blood then there may be a more serious problem
