So, this is my third 6682 from Cingular as covered under warranty. The first two had issues and I told them if this one has a single problem, I am sending it back.
Well, it isn't what the other two were doing and I am not sure if it is something I can correct so, I thought I'd ask here before I call Cingular.
My 6682 is very quiet compared to the other two. I have the volume cranked up 100% and the ringer at full tilt, as well. Volume-wise when talking to someone, it is more quiet and harder to hear on full volume than the other two that were 3-4 bars from full volume.
Same for the ringer - I can hear it, but it is on full volume whereas the other two were 3-4 bars from full volume.
Is there anything I can do to the phone to correct this or am I just victim of another "issue"...
Any help would be great. I am seriously considering selling this and moving on to a Sony phone or maybe another Series 60 phone, but am a little hesitant...
