6682 at startup gets "Network Busy"

I shut my phone every night. When I power on in the morning, most times I get a "Network Busy" when I first try to make a call. Moving the sim card to an old 6600 doesn't have this problem, so it appears to be 6682 related. I also found that if I call my 6682 from another line, once the phone has received a call, it works fine. The firmware is:

V 4.65.0
24-02-06
RM-58

Anyone else experience this, or have a fix?

What network are you on ?
I'm having serious difficulties at times with Network Busys & Dropped calls & I predominantly use Nokias.

I'm on Cingular. I've also found that my daughter, who has the same phone has the same problem.

I am having serious issues with the same thing. I need to remove the battery sometimes as shutting it down doesn't always help. I get times when the thing locks up and freezes after I try to shut it off...

I really am growing tired of this phone. I have already used my warranty coverage once because of similar issues...
