6618 (S45 China) CAN NOT FLASH IT! Unknown Flashcode FFFF?

Dear friends,
I have an 6618 (Chinese S45) and I can noy flash it with regular (original) Siemens flashers. The problem is that the phone becone dead after trying to flash it with full flash. How can I change language and to revive the dead phone?

Did you backup the full flash before you trying to upgrade?
If yes, then use siemens flasher and load your backup full flash.

I have same problem with same phone - from last 3 pcs - one is with C4 first flash and 20 FFFF for second - Where is a trick? Look like flash IC is damaged, but phone work OK like 6618 ver 24?

P.S. Reading work wery well with Unisiemens, but...
 
this is refurbished phones
inside two flash c489 and antoher FFFF - tomson 28f320
tomson not supported siemens flash software and another soft.
no way for change firmware - only change flash to normal chip
