6'5". What would be an ideal bike frame size for a road bike?

I need a road bike for college, but I know nothing about bike sizing or anything. I just know how to ride. I need something comfortable for my size and something with a reasonable price <$600.
okay, maybe $800
This is mainly about what size I need. I have no idea how large or small the frame should be. I'm not worrying about price right now.

You will need to increase you budget or look for a good used bike on ebay or craig's list.

You need around a 62 or 63cm road frame. Trek 1.1 is a good choice. You may want to raise the seat a bit depending on your inseam.
