6265i MDN MSID troubles

When I enter the MDN and MSID they are accepted, but when I go back and view them the MDN changes to be the same as the MSID. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?

cricket knows about this problem. actually i am the one that notified them. the only way to program this phone if your min and mdn are not the same is with *228 or to hook up to computer. you will not be able to manually program it.
 
I knew there was a problem. It was a pain in the butt the first time it was activated, but they finally got it working. This time no one has been able to get it to work. I can definitely hook it to a computer. What program do you recommend using to make the change?
 
they are durab and probably don't know what they are doing. if you go back tell them their is a know firmware bug that does not correctly set the min of the phone and the phone must be provisioned using through a computer.
tell them a lovely iam in fresno reported the problem. ;)
 
Thanks everyone. Diego let me in and make the change. Will know more today when we switch the ESN.

BTW: This is the Phone that Brightpoint shipped prematurely to us back in Dec of '06. http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1029375 My wife had tons of trouble getting it activated for herself back then, but we thought it was because it wasn't suppose to be out yet. What Simple3 says now makes sence...Alot more info than anything from our IAM ;)

Did you never get notification to send the hanRABet back to BP? All the early released hanRABets were supposed to have been returned for the update.
