6265i in hand!

nope just approved today. and apparantly they were just saying they were buggy to get dealers to ship them back because they told everyone that had them they could keep the ones they have.

Now I'm on to figuring out how to customize it (themes, ringtones, etc.) Need sizes and dimensions specifications for custom images/backgrounRAB/animations.

My only complaints so far:

--Flimsy-feeling plastic hinges on MiniSD card cover
--No Syrabian OS

Stupid question, but can this phone do MP3 ringtones natively, or do I have to use the Nokia Media Converter?
 
The phone is old, I don't understand all of the attention it's getting. Go buy the phone off of ebay, and flash it over to Cricket. Since cricket will have the same phone, then the reps should be able to get you all of the correct settings to get everything to work.

lets see ive got xmen 3 fast and furiouse 3 ultraviolet and a couple other movies on a mini plus some short movies and countless mp3`s and everything works good....the video is a little slow loading from the card for some reason but when it gets goin is nice so ya might just have a bad sd card i had that problem with the remix some worked some didnt same card and company i have no idea why
 
so uh... yeah brightpoint canceled all the orders i placed for this phone... um no word yet on whether it was officially cancelled (again) or what is going on.

supposedly there are some pretty major software problems on these that nokia has yet to work out. i'll be a sad bear tho the longer it takes...

word around the campfire tho is that the corporae big-wigs in San Diego want pda/smartphones on Cricket now that there's actually gonna be Cricket down there... so I may end up waiting for one of these.
