6265i in hand!

I'll post them tonight. She ordered it from brightpoint last thursday, and it was delivered monday. She tried to order more today but it's showing up as unavailable.

No ETA yet. Brightpoint shipped it by mistake as the phone has yet to be approved. There are a few bugs with the phone that they have yet to work out. We may have to give it back. We've asked to keep it if possible.

I dont know if everybody that has one is like this but when the sliding cover is down on my phone I noticed that the left side is down perfectly but the right side is kinda raised up & the slide is sorta wobbly & the sd slot is wobbly. But otha than that I love it.

this phone is now showing as in stock on brightpoint, but as of this moment my order has not been shipped yet. hopefully we will see these by the end of the week (keep your fingers crossed and pray to the phone goRAB!!)

noooooo lol the actual cost of the phone that dealers buy it for is what i meant thier selling it for 299.99 here at our store the markup is only 30 bucks thats not alot considering the markup on most kyocera phones is at least double if not triple that and are you a direct dealer??? we have to sell them for the same price as cricket if your an indirect dealer you can mark it up as much as you want we cant. even though we sell other phones our big seller is cricket and we have to walk the line as far as prices and specials and all the other bull****

i have the kyocera slider remix and i was wondering if the ringtones and music on the 6265i were just as loud..if anyone has had the slider remix or played around with it, you know that it's one of the loudest music phones on the market. thanks! :)

my slide is perfect, but the sd cover is made of cheap plastic, and the "hinges" are very thin, im almost positive that it will be the first thing to break

Good to hear! One problem so far is that it lacks Cricket Clicks. We were told that Nokia may have left it off by mistake. Well have to see what happenRAB.

well hopefully nokia can get the bugs worked out. i think we now see why they are exiting the cdma market.

as far as giving it back... screw that brightpoint's f'd me enough times. i'd keep it.

it's pretty loud. i put the radio on louRABpeaker and turn the volume all the way down and it's plenty loud to hear in my bedroom when i'm getting ready for the day. never had the remix, but i know what your talking about it being pretty loud.

no not direct, but premiers get a volume discount. i sell at the map. just make a little more than that on the phones, actually more than double, but my markup is the same for all the phones, excluding value phone.

both of those icons are listed in mine. maybe something is wrong with your phone? what's the software version on yours? mine says:
V HL100V1000.nep
17-05-06
RM-66

oohhh very nice. i can't wait. I placed an order the day i got my allocation set (over a week ago), but they are still not in stock yet. =( they did drop off my dummy models the other day so i think it is coming very soon into stores.

Once you get a chance to play around with the phone would you care to do a review for us?

cheers!
