6165 travel time

I have been unable to update my 6165 using *228 or *2. Has anyone else been able to use travel time with the new nokias? I just get an error when I try to do the download.

How many times have you tired to do the OTP? Sometimes it could take a couple times to get it to go through. I have had to do it up to 5-6 times on customers phone in the store.

I have tried 5 or 6 over the last couple days. I'll keep trying!

also double check to make sure they put the Travel Time on there...sometimes errors can occur where the plan doesnt get updated.
