6131 or Krzr

Im really having a tough time choosing between these 2 phones. I played with both and they both have good and bad points. I love the 6131 screen resolution and fast UI compared to Motos slow UI. but I love the Krzr call quality, volume and battery life is better. has anyone lese had any experience with these 2 phones? maybe hearing from other people will make my decision easier. I understand that this is a Moto forum and most of the answers will be for the krzr but im just wondering what makes one better than the other
 
I had a razor but hated it for the cheapie camera and short battery life. I purchased the razor with the plan so they would not let me upgrade so I bought the krzr directly from Motorola. I hope to get it today. I am a little nervous because I want to save my ringtones and photos and I dont know how to do that. If all goes well I will email my likes and dislikes for you. The Krzr will be my second cell phone. I was very disapointed in the battery life of the razor. I only charge it when it goes dead but if I use it at all I have to charge it every other day. I bought a car charger but it does not work unless my car is running so unless I ride around for 3 hours I dont get it charged. I am hoping the Krzr will be better for me.
 
there is a dc to ac adaptor at your cellphone carrier's store. It'll let you use a car charger as an ac adapter charger.

You could try looking at getting higher rated mah batteries for your razr. I believe the razr comes with a BC50, but you could look into the BC60. The BC70 might be a stretch considering it's a slightly wider and thicker battery. The BC70 barely fits in my L6.
 
See why didn't someone tell me this when I went to the store where I bought my phone??? The woman that I talked to gave me the wrong price for the phone sitting right in front of her (it had a sign on it) AND she did not even have the phone I wanted. Thanks so much for letting me know about this. Now can you tell me how to change phones without losing my photos of my kids and my ringtones?
Also since I paid for the phone with the plan am I liable to keep the old phone forever or can I give it to someone?
 
I have owned both and used both. I personally preferred the KRZR to the 6131. Although the 6131 is faster, it had a few downsides that made me prefer the KRZR. for example the 6131 screen scratches really really easily, the inner display does not have any hard plastic screen cover, its just the soft lcd screen itself, which is also sunk in a little, so its really hard to clean. The other problem is the button that opens the phone. I had mine for a week and then the button got stuck in the down position, so i couldn't close the flip, it would just spring back open again. and last but not least the poor battery performance. the KRZR i charged on average ever 4-5 days, the 6131 was every 1-2 days.

For me the KRZR is a better fit, but i'm partial to Motorola's

ive used on and owned both. I loved the 6131 screen and UI and how it had a fr radio. phone was amazing. But the baterey was horrible, built kind of cheap. SO now i have the blk kezr, love the phone. Had it modded and flashed , call quality is amazing , eapice vol etc. Camera on both phones not to good, but overall i love the krzr, just wish it had a fm radio. But both phones are really good.
