610i Memory Card Trouble

Hi Folks,

When I use Disc2Phone to put music on my 4Gb M2 card the phone will go into a reboot loop until I remove it. I am using a card reader, not the cable to move the files w/ the sony music loading program. My 512Mb card seems to be fine. Is the 4Gb too big? Could the music files I am using cause this? Any others see this before? I had no problems w/ the card until I put music on it. Any input would be great.

Did you format the card?
Try put the exact stuff from the 512mb card on the 4GB card and see what happens
