6101 How do you download ringtones.

I just got the 6101. I'm with digicel (bermuda) and have a basic voice only plan, no data/web access. What is the easist way to get new ringtones onto the phone ?

I've never downloaded ringtones before so am not quite sure how it works. I have found a few sites that offer free ringtones but they seem to expect them to be downloaded straight to the phone. Is it possible to download ringtones to my pc and then transfer them to the phone ?

If so are there any good sites offering ringtone downloads to the PC, preferably freebies ?
And what is the best way of getting the ringtone from the PC to the phone. I see that the phone has IR and also USB cable connectivity. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
I got the phone thinking it would be straight forward and was really excited about having personalised tones. Now I'm just stuck with those that are shipped with the phone. Very dull.

Okay since posting this I've come across http://www.acegames.gsmhosting.net/Forum/ which has loads of mp3 and .mid files that I have downloaded to the PC. Now just got to figure out how to get them from the PC onto the phone.
 
I'm pretty sure the Nokia 6101 can use recordings as ringtones. What you can do is play a song that you want, hold your phone up to the speaker and record the part of the song you want as a ringtone. I don't know if sound quality is the best like that, but hey it doesn't cost anything.
