6100 caller ID

Hi
I have just upgraded to a 6100 from a 6310i and cant seem to get caller ID.

Is it just me being thick and there is a menu option or have my service provider not done something (Orange).

I have had a new sim card (same number)

I'm pretty sure orange doesn't let you set that option on their new services, so yeah..... thats Orange for ya:hit:
 
I believe you can enable it in the phone options somwhere IF the service provider lets you have caller ID in the first place.

I had caller ID up until a week ago with my 6310i all I have done is upgraged my phone so maybe it is a phone setting. If it is I cant find it.
 
Try entering the menu of your 6100 go to settings->Call settings->Send my caller identity set it to yes. If that doesn't work then try calling your GSM operator and ask them about your problem
