6015 and Caller ID

When I add someone to my contacts and give them a work, cell, and home number, if they call me from any number besides the one I have marked as primary, caller ID doesn't identify them. Anyone know what I can do about this besides make a new contact for every number I put in the phone?

Also, anyone know how I can get it to automatically go back to the main screen after sending a text, instead of having to back out of all the menu's?
 
That's the way Nokias work, not much you can do about that.
After sending a message just press your end key.
