60 free international minutes with vodafone?

Hi,
I live in London, and I have bought one vodafone number. I have 60 free minutes to call abroad, but I didn't understand if I can call mobiles or home abroad. Someone can help me?

BUT read the smallprint under "Which countries are included?"
it says NOT including these countries - mostly North africa ones.
