It started with a dead cat in the side walk, it's head was twisted the other way, so it looked like someone twisted it's neck, it didn't have a position of a normal old-age cat who's time just came. I didn't think much of it, and the cat stayed there for a few nights before someone took it away. Next while I was walking from my friend's house in between cars in a car wash parking space was another cat with the same position. I was creeped out and ran home, and the next day it wasn't there. A few weeks later a dead cat was forced head-first in the dirt infront of my building. A month past since that, and today I was walking home from school, whenever I passed a certain place I got this terrible Oder of dead animal, today I noticed it was a cat that was forced down a sewer, it's whole body was smushed down like it was forced there, I could only know it was a cat because of a single leg sticking out. I'm convinced someone's killing stray cats, I don't know where to report it, could someone tell me?
No one in my neighborhood does anything about it, apart from this a dog died infront of a house in January, in plain sight, it's literally in the side walk where people walk, all the time, no one did ANYTHING, his skeletal remains are still there, at least the ones that didn't turn to dust.
