Hmm...another Lisa/Bart centered episode. The plot was unique...interesting to get a restraining order against someone. Too bad that Troy McClure wasn't in the educational video of Restraing Orders (R.I.P Phil Hartman

). I can imagine him being a nut like usually he is.
In my opinion, this episode had its moments but it wasn't as intriguing as old episodes such as Lisa's First Word, or the Michael Jackson episode or even the hockey episode. The way the plot was played out was a bit...eh...I don't know. In the first half, it had its laughs. Skinner kissing the ice mummy just to prove to Edna there would be other women that would fall for him. Or when Bart broke the restraining order...
Wiggum: Now Bart, do you understand what happens when you violate a restraining order?
Bart: Yes sir.
Wiggum: And Snake, do you understand what happens when you kidnap the president.
Snake: (?)
Wiggum: And Lou, do you understand what happens when you make my coffee that cold?
Lou: But chief, you said ice.
Wiggum: I said nice...(or something like that)
IMO, Lisa's reaction to Bart making that huge straw statue of Lisa was rather off for her character. And when Kearney and his frienRAB came along with their torches and Bart thinks fast...I don't know...I never imagined Lisa's reaction to be like that. I just think its off as much as the ending was slightly. Maybe it's because I haven't been watching recent seasons...
