5th wheel for outer trunk of 94 Cadillac Fleetwood, where can I find one ?

Where can I find or order this? I have a 94 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, what is the parts actual name?

To be a little more clear, Im talking about a spare tire compartment that is on the outside of the trunk. Sort of like what the Jeep's have on their rear doors.
