50cc Honda Scooter stalling when I accelerate please please help!!!?

50cc Scooter cutting out when I throttle! Help me please!!!!!!
I have a Honda 50cc Scooter that is idling fine but as soon as I give it some gas it cuts out. Cleaned out the spark plug which was a bit black and quite oily too but its still not working. Turns on fine, idles great then as soon as you give it gas, its dead. Does anyone know what this is?

sorry, its actually not a 4 wheeler, just a 2wheeler scooter/moped.
 
most of the time thats the main carb jet getting plugged. carb likely needs to come off to clean it out good. a bad plug can actually kind of do that too try a new plug first, and make sure its full of fresh gas and that the fuel valve is on.
 
Have you checked out the carb? Is the choke stuck on by chance? Is the fuel clean? Are you sure your getting good spark? Another thing...hows the air filter? I've seen a lot of four wheelers with clogged up intakes/filters that cut out whenever you get on it.
