5000 US Dollars per month job offer in Malaysia is it a good deal?

hi all, I have just received an offer for 5000 USD /Moth in a petroleum based company i'm working in my country (Syria) in the same field and I'm satisfied with my job here. Malaysia is so far from my country but the offer seems to be attractive to me what do you think guys.(company name Orlando groups )
