500, rope skipping & 60 min in stationary bike . how many kg lose?

my daily diet plan is morning 1 glass honey & lemon water , 1 cup tea with milk & sugar ,breakfast 1cup sprouts, lunch green salad , evening tea , dinner green salad ,night 1 glass milk with horlicks.& 3 liters water everyday ,but Sunday i eat everything , i am doing this diet from 3 month , but i loss only 6 kg ,i want to lose 10 kg in 2 month,please help me
