Today, nearly 70 years after he returned from the Pacific, he'll meet President Obama at the White House for breakfast before accompanying the president to Arlington National Cemetery for a Veterans Day ceremony. If you're a vet, don't forget that today's a day to rake in free stuff. From the moment you wake up until you hit the hay, Veterans Day is Freebie Day. Most places offering deals require proof of military service.
