I have a few values: 1, 11, 31, 61,101, 151, etc. which are in a question on 5 stellar numbers. The values are the number of points on a 5 pointed star(I don't really think the context is all that important for the question). The question is to find the formula for the Nth term in the sequence. Someone please help me because I am losing it trying to figure out the formula.
